On October 20, China Telecom released its main operational data for October 2024. During the month, the number of mobile users of China Telecom saw a net increase of 760,000, bringing the total number of mobile users to 423.43 million. Among these, 5G plan users saw a net increase of 2.47 million, with the total number of 5G plan users reaching 347.53 million.
In terms of broadband services, China Telecom's wired broadband users increased by 360,000 during the month, with the total number of wired broadband users reaching 196.62 million. In the fixed-line telephone business, the number of fixed-line telephone users decreased by 390,000 during the month, bringing the total number of fixed-line telephone users to 97.61 million.
