On April 19th, China Telecom released its major operating data for March 2024. In the month, China Telecom's mobile user base increased by 1.91 million, with a cumulative mobile user base of 4116.5 million. Among them, the net increase of 5G package users was 4.66 million, and the cumulative number of 5G package users was 328.72 million.
In terms of wired broadband services, China Telecom saw a net increase of 590,000 wired broadband users in the same month, with a total of 192.22 million wired broadband users. In terms of fixed-line telephone services, China Telecom saw a net decrease of 300,000 fixed-line telephone users in the month, with a total of 100.26 million fixed-line telephone users.
