Recently, Snail Mobile announced that due to network upgrades and adjustments, certain number segments will be decommissioned by the end of June 2026, after which communication functions will no longer be available.
To ensure continued communication services, Snail Mobile has been sending SMS notifications and making follow-up calls to affected users since June 2025, and has completed number replacement and upgrade services for some users.
For users who have not yet completed the number replacement service, Snail Mobile stated: "After receiving the SMS notification or follow-up call, please cooperate promptly. Our company will provide full support to ensure a smooth process. If you have any questions, please call 10040 or follow the Snail Mobile service account and select online service. We will continue to provide you with quality service. Thank you for your understanding and support!"
