China Unicom recently released its operational data for November 2024. In the month, China Unicom's "Big Connectivity" users saw a net increase of 8.888 million, bringing the total to 1.1268 billion users.
In the same month, China Unicom's 5G plan users increased by 1.278 million, reaching a total of 288.902 million users. The number of IoT terminal connections increased by 8.361 million, with a total reaching 613.412 million connections.
Additionally, the number of China Unicom's 5G industry virtual private network service customers increased by 643, reaching a total of 15,348. The problem resolution rate for smart customer service was 98.8%, with intelligent services accounting for 85.3% of all services. The total number of authorized patents this year amounted to 1,379.
