According to MIIT, to promote the industrial development of semiconductor materials, chips, devices and IGBT modules in China, NDRC and MIIT worked together to make a layout planning for integrated circuit, and MIIT will cooperate with other departments like the Ministry of Education to set up the first-level discipline - Integrated Circuit, develop national model School of Microelectronics, and accelerate the development of a platform of industry-education integration and co-education.
