3 Year-end Objectives for IPv6

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) recently issued a special notice about the IPv6 scale deployment plan in 2019, which clarified three major objectives to be achieved by the end of 2019: the scale of LTE terminals with IPv6 address reaches 90%, and the scale of Fixed Broadband terminals with IPv6 address reaches 40%; the number of active IPv6 connections with LTE network reaches 800 million; complete the transformation of LTE network to the IPv6 end to end for 13 Internet Backbone Providers.
