On the 5th, State Council Premier Li Keqiang said in his government work report that China will continue to speed up and lower the charges of Internet services this year.
This year will see a 15% decrease in average broadband charges and an over 20% decrease in mobile network traffic charges for small and medium-sized enterprises. The Mobile Number Portability reform will be implemented across the country with standardized packages set up to truly lower the charges and benefit the consumers.
